To aid you with your real estate needs, I can create a free account for you in "Private Client Services" - PCS, which will automatically email you the type of listings that you are interested in.
To registered you in the South Okanagan Area, I will need your name, email address, & some basic information of the area, price and size of home you are looking for.
Once set up, you will automatically receive all the MLS listings that fit your criteria.
